Cairo – October 29th, 2025
In a defining move that marks the beginning of its regional expansion journey, Mountain View, one of Egypt’s foremost real estate developers with over two decades of industry leadership and sales exceeding SAR 25 billion in the past five years, has officially announced its entry into the Saudi market. Through a strategic partnership with the local private sector, Mountain View becomes the first Egyptian developer to establish a direct presence in the Kingdom. The company will play a leading role in Cityscape Global 2024 as a Diamond Sponsor, held in Riyadh from November 11 to 14, where it will unveil its first flagship Saudi project.
The establishment of Mountain View in Saudi Arabia marks the company’s inaugural step into one of the region’s most promising markets. The new entity was founded in collaboration with Maya Real Estate Development and Investment and Al-Saedan Real Estate, aligning with the goals of the Saudi Housing Program, one of Vision 2030’s key pillars aimed at providing sustainable housing solutions that enhance citizens’ quality of life. As part of this partnership, the company has already secured its first land plot in Riyadh, with development plans focused on creating innovative, community-centered residential environments tailored to the evolving aspirations of Saudi families.
“Venturing into Saudi Arabia marks a bold stride in our pursuit of regional leadership, a benchmark that builds naturally on two decades of sustained growth and innovation,” said Eng. Amr Soliman, Founder and Executive Chairman of Mountain View. “The Kingdom’s real estate sector stands as one of the most dynamic in the world, projected to reach a market value of USD 94.19 billion by 2028. Through this milestone, we are committed to developing integrated, harmonious communities that resonate with the Saudi lifestyle, environments where sustainability, wellbeing, and human connection define every aspect of living.”
Echoing this vision, Eng. Wael Ezz, Co-CEO of Mountain View, emphasized, “Our expansion into the Saudi market marks a pivotal milestone in our global journey, ushering in a new era of regional growth and strategic presence in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate landscapes. We aim to set new benchmarks in real estate development by implementing our proprietary ‘Science of Happiness’, an approach that has redefined modern living experiences across our Egyptian developments and will now be tailored to meet Saudi Arabia’s unique cultural and urban identity.”
Speaking on the significance of the partnership, Dr. Sultan bin Saleh Al-Salem, Founder and General Manager of Maya Real Estate Development and Investment, stated, “This collaboration represents a cornerstone in advancing the Kingdom’s real estate development ecosystem. By merging local insights with Mountain View’s global expertise, we are shaping a model for sustainable and technologically advanced communities, in alignment with our ongoing partnership with the National Housing Company.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Sultan Al-Khudair, CEO of Al-Saedan Real Estate, noted, “We are highly optimistic about this partnership with Mountain View Saudi Arabia. It marks the beginning of a new wave of transformative urban projects in the Kingdom, particularly in Riyadh, that will play a vital role in strengthening and diversifying Saudi Arabia’s thriving real estate sector in the years ahead.”
As part of its long-term strategy, Mountain View Saudi Arabia is committed to developing integrated, sustainable communities that foster both livability and innovation. The company is also pursuing new strategic partnerships and land acquisitions across the Kingdom in support of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing’s vision to deliver 300,000 residential units in partnership with the private sector over the next five years.
